About me

Hacienda Guadalupe first opened its doors as a result of a couple’s vision who, inspired by the valley and its wine producing vocation, launched on this adventure. Daniel and Gaby have created a space of relaxation and comfort that brings together an experience that includes: regional cooking, the comfort of a boutique style hotel, the flavors and aromas of the grapevines and the landscape of the wine route. Melchum, the house wines were named to honor Gaby, they received a well deserved award in 2013 by the judging pannel in the international competition Ensenada Tierra del Vino 2013 and once again in 2014, a competition that is organized by Baja California’s State University: Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. This located across from the Wine Museum, up a little hill that portrays Hacienda Guadalupe’s vineyards right in front of us, the contemporary hacienda style architecture welcomes each guest making them feel a part of the great family that look after our hotel and restaurant.
